Here’s a detailed look at what you can expect from our installation team -- Allowing you peace of mind when the big day comes!
Arrival and Setup
On installation day, our team arrives prepared and ready to work! Here's what you can expect during this process:
Punctual arrival: We arrive on the agreed upon time with all the tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the job.
Protective measures: Before starting, we lay down protective coverings on nearby flooring and furniture to safeguard your home from dust or debris. We understand the importance of your belongings and want to be as respectful of your space as possible.
Staging area setup: A designated space is organized to unpack and prepare the door(s) for installation, ensuring efficiency for the upcoming installation process. This is usually done outside of the home for minimal disruption.
Removal of the Old Door
If you’re replacing an existing door, we handle its removal with care:
Safe dismantling: Our team carefully removes the old door, frame, and any hardware to avoid damage to your entryway.
Disposal or recycling: For your convivence, we can dispose of the old door for you. In some cases, however, homeowners prefer to keep their old door. In this case, we will set it aside in a designated location of your choosing.
Iron Door Installation and Adjustments
The installation process is where the transformation begins:
Installing: The door is carefully removed from it's secure shipment packaging and installed piece by piece. The frame is securely anchored to ensure stability and long-term performance. This is followed by the doors themselves and then their hardware.
Fine-tuning: At this point, any and all adjustments are made for smooth operation, including easy opening, closing, and locking.
Clean-up: Our team thoroughly cleans the work area and removes anyway protective covering that have been put down. We want to leave your home as spotless as we found it!
Inspection: We perform a rigorous inspection process, viewing every element of the door to ensure that everything is functioning properly. During this time, we can address any questions you have and confirm that the installation has met your expectations.
Post-Installation Support
Our commitment to you doesn’t end when the door is installed. If you have any questions regarding warranty details, you able to refer to the agreement given to you at the point of sale.
